How many times have you printed pictures in the last decade? Do you have to pull up Facebook to show images of those you care about? When was the last time you showed someone a printed album of images of you and your family? 

When I look in the mirror, there is more than just my face staring back. The spitting image of my grandmother, Lauretta Jean, and my father, Darrell, I see them in my smile, my eyes, my gaze. I have the voice of my mother, proof she contributed to creating me, despite my uncanny likeness. 

Let’s face it, the state of the world has forced many to reprioritize their gatherings. Weddings with hundreds of guests don’t seem as doable anymore. To be honest, I’m completely alright with this shift since I’ve always preferred the vibe of smaller intimate weddings.
